Recap[]

This section needs more writing to complete the 18th episode.

Regina is not pleased with Patrick's reasons for showing her artwork in his gallery. Daphne finds herself the target of Simone's tactics, and receives help from Wilke. Emmett begins to drink to ease his nerves about speech therapy, and soon reveals to his girlfriend Bay, that he plans to drop out of school to pursue his dream of becoming a photographer. As for the adults, Kathryn goes against John's wishes when she hands over money to a nurse who is in deep financial trouble; even through Craig had said it could damage their case.

Bay asks Emmett to accompany her to Regina's art showing, and he brings his father, Cameron; and Cameron's girlfriend, Olivia. Melody smells alcohol on her son's breath causing a confrontation between the Bledsoes in which Melody demands to know what's going on in her ex-husband's household and lets it slip about Emmett's intention to drop out of school (accidentally revealing to Emmett that Bay had betrayed his confidence). In the end, Daphne's longing for her old school leads her to re-join Carlton discovering how the girls' basketball team was going to get cut due to a low budget.

Regina: Would you want the most personal thing in your life to be the only thing people knew about you?
Bay: She's actually pretty cool when she's not turning your art show into a telenovela for the hard of hearing.
Wilke: [to Daphne] This wasn't really the time to Occupy Buckner.
Toby: [to Wilke] Dude, you're really trying to be a referee in a girl fight? Can I get you a training bra while you're at it?
Regina:: That still sound so strange, "daughters."
Oliva: [to Emmett] One shot of that, you're in the zone. You can't learn if you're too tense right?
